It is crucial to wash the hair bundles correctly. Use a sulfate-free shampoo to avoid stripping the hair of its natural oils. It is recommended to wash the hair every 1-2 weeks, depending on usage. When washing, gently detangle the hair with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. This method minimises breakage and maintains the integrity of the hair. 

After washing, conditioning is vital. A high-quality conditioner and deep conditioner should be applied to restore moisture and enhance softness. Leave the conditioner in for at least 10-15 minutes and deep conditioner for at leat 20-30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with cool water. This practice helps to seal the cuticles and adds shine to the hair. 

Drying the hair bundles requires careful attention. It is advisable to air dry the hair whenever possible. If using a blow dryer, set it to a low heat setting to prevent damage.
