RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND DISPUTE POLICY
All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Accuracy
We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and assist. We can offer replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect length/ texture.
We cannot accept exchanges for hair that has been:
- brushed
- installed
- coloured/ bleached
- washed
- altered in any way shape or form
Quality Assurance
All items are inspected before shipping to ensure you receive only high-quality products. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper handling, installation, or care after delivery.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched.
Dispute policy
By placing an order with us, you agree that you understand:
- Processing time is 10-14 business days
- Shipping time is separate from processing time
- You will not file chargebacks for orders still within the processing or shipping window
- You will contact us first for support with any concerns
We provide tracking numbers for all orders. If a package shows as "Delivered", you must file a claim with the courier regarding lost or stolen parcels.
Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using:
- Order history
- IP address match
- Email logs
- Delivery confirmation
- Communication transcripts
