Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping & Delivery
Why does processing take 10–14 business days?
At C's Bundles, every order is custom sourced raw hair. We don’t mass produce or stock processed hair. Your bundles are hand selected directly from Vietnam to guarantee authenticity, cuticle alignment, and longevity. Processing takes 10–14 business days to ensure quality before dispatch.
Can I get my hair faster?
At the moment, quality comes before speed. Each bundle is carefully sourced, and rushing the process would compromise authenticity.
What if I need my hair by a certain date?
We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance of your event to allow for sourcing, packaging, and shipping.
Is it worth the wait?
Absolutely. Raw hair outlasts virgin and processed extensions by years. The wait ensures your hair is fresh, authentic, and tailored just for you.
Myths & Misunderstandings About Raw Hair
Is raw hair high maintenance?
Not at all. When cared for properly, raw hair behaves just like your own hair. Regular cleansing and conditioning keep it soft and manageable.
Why are there short hairs (flyaways) in raw hair bundles?
Short hairs are completely normal and come from the natural taper of human hair. They’re a sign the hair hasn’t been processed.
Does raw hair lift easily to 613?
Raw Vietnamese hair is naturally dark, thick, and strong, with high melanin content and low porosity. This means it takes longer for bleach to lift the color, and attempting to achieve very light shades in a single session can damage the hair. Multiple sessions allow for gradual lightening while keeping the hair healthy, soft, and strong.
Why don’t all raw hair bundles look the same?
Each bundle comes from a single donor, so natural variation is expected and proves authenticity.
Why does raw hair cost more?
Raw hair is unprocessed, natural, and collected with care, keeping its cuticles intact and its quality high. Because it hasn’t been chemically treated or altered, it’s stronger, longer-lasting, and more versatile for styling. This premium quality and durability is why raw hair comes at a higher price compared to processed or synthetic options.
