SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Processing Time
Please allow a processing time of 10-14 business days. This time frame does not include shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. 

Domestic (Australia)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Estimated delivery time is  1-3 business days for Express shipping and 2-8 business days for Standard shipping, depending on your location.

International
Orders are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs inspections, or peak periods (holidays). We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier, but we will assist where possible.

Track 
All shipments include tracking. Details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

C’s Bundles ships worldwide. Please note that customs fees, import duties, VAT, and taxes are determined by your country’s border control and are not included in your order total.

These charges may vary depending on your country’s regulations, product value, and local tariffs. Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate or control these fees, as each country has its own policies.

Customer Responsibility for Customs Charges

If your order incurs customs, duties, taxes, or clearance fees:

  • These charges must be paid by the recipient to release the package.
  • C's Bundles is not responsible for any customs delays or additional costs.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned, destroyed, or held by customs.

If a package is returned due to non-payment of customs charges, shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.

Delivery Timeframes & Customs Delays

International delivery times may vary due to customs inspection and clearance. Once your parcel arrives in your country, customs processing may extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
